We have hired the personal mechanic of Blake and Tyler Wharton to champion The Shop of Rabbit Run.  Don Hudson will be the Master Mechanic who will oversee the production of your dirt bike.  Don Hudson has over 32 years of motocross experience.

All engines are mass produced by the manufacturer resulting in exaggerated tolerances and mismatched porting; therefore, every engine can be improved. The Shop of Rabbit Run engine services maintain the widest possible power-band while enhancing the power delivery in areas preferred by the rider. Our engine work is thorough and precise!

TOP END REBUILD (2 stroke)

  • Disassemble Top End
  • Inspect Gasket Surfaces
  • Plating & Reeds
  • Hone Cylinder
  • Clean All Parts Including Exhaust Valves
  • Set Ring End Gap
  • Reassemble With Necessary New Parts

COMPLETE ENGINE REBUILD (2 stroke)

  • Disassemble Engine Completely
  • Remove Carbon From Exhaust Valves Exhaust Port & Head
  • Hone Cylinder
  • Wash & Inspect All Parts Including Transmission & Crank
  • Reassemble Engine With Necessary New Parts
 

TOP END REBUILD (4 stroke)

  • Disassemble Top End
  • Inspect Gasket Surfaces

  • Set Ring End Gap

The complete “Bike Prep Service" will thoroughly prepare your bike for raceday. Let us take the hassle out of weekly bike prep. Our in-house technician will carefully go through the following steps and make sure your bike is "Race-Ready" for the next competition.

  • Power Wash Bike with Simple Green Detergent
  • Clean and Oil Air Filter
  • Change Oil – LABOR ONLY
  • Tighten All Spokes
  • Check and Tighten All Visible Bolts and Motor Mount
  • Lubricate Chain

The Shop of Rabbit Run is an official franchise of John Mitchell Suspension. Our suspension services range from basic component rebuilds to factory style fork and shock setup.  Suspension tuning involves testing and accurate alterations to internal speed-sensitive and position-sensitive elements along with various changes in spring rates and fluid.
